Return Policy

Here at Kutame, we want you to be happy with your purchase!

We always understand that there are risks and uncertainties involved in online shopping, so we will gladly accept refunds and exchanges on our products.

Qualifying refunds will be issued back to the original payment source.

There are no fees for refunds or exchanges, such as restocking fees. Shipping charges; however, are non-refundable as outlined below.

What We Require

Returns are only accepted up to 30 days after purchase, while exchanges can be returned up to 45 days after purchase.

All we ask is that both returned and exchanged items must be returned in excellent condition with original packaging. Kigurumis require original packaging, which includes the following: Plastic wrap, packaging sleeve, packaging cardboard, and tags.

Please note: Kutame can refuse any returned products that do not meet these standards.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs. There are only two (2) exceptions:

  1. We made a mistake with your order
  2. There is a defect in the product.

Sale Merchandise

15 days after purchase: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a store credit. Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for sale or discounted items.

Can’t locate your package?

Sometimes delivery can be tricky and things go wrong. If you cannot locate your package, please make sure to reach out to us.

PLEASE NOTE: Packages with an incorrect address will always be returned to us. We are not responsible for any reshipping costs.
